Diane oversees all HR functions including staff professional development strategies and training. Diane is also the editorial director of the "The Real Features Agency" the media division of RediTeach. With a strong media background Diane is responsible for the public relations and marketing of the company. Throughout 2008 / 2009 she will focus on developing markets in Europe.
Mark has a background in senior management positions in the UK and the USA. He focuses on the future strategic development of the company in Australia and the UK.
Angela brings to RediTeach a wealth of experience of finance, capacity building and corporate development having worked in private industry for 20 years. As the company Accounts Manager she is responsible for financial management and budgeting matters
Karen is the public face of RediTeach. She is the main point of contact for all corporate customers. She conducts quarterly industry consultations with corporate customers to ensure we stay on track with both the relevancy and quality of our training services to the customers and their workplaces.
Jo manages student registrations and advises students on administrative procedures while they are undertaking courses.
As Head Instructor, Karen is responsible for the mentoring and professional development of our teaching team. She also has responsiblity for maintaining the high quality of our TAA40104 Train & Assess program. Karen has a Certificate IV TAA40104 Train and Assess and some years of teaching within the VET system.
Katie looks after all new student enrolments and makes you feel welcome as a new student. She has a Certificate IV TAA and manages the day to day enrolments of new students.
Margaret looks after the housekeeping staff of three and keeps our staff and students happy with morning and afternoon teas.
Nikki, is our first intern journalist to move through to the full time two year traineeship with the Real Features Agency. She will complete her academic training with a degree in Journalism at James Cook university while working full time as a researcher / writer within the media division.
Paul is on our management team, and is responsible for class scheduling, the ongoing quality assurance across the RTO and continual improvement of all courses. He also manages the relationships with our wholesale customers. (Other RTO's, educational institutes and companies who partner with us for inhouse training) His staff co-ordinates and ensures that RediTeach instructors around the country have the correct resources to conduct all of our courses from Weipa to Melbourne. Paul has a Certificate IV TAA40104 Train and Assess, and Certificate IV Business, Diploma Human Resource Management, Certificate IV Risk Management, Certificate IV Maritime Operations, Certificate IV National Marine Engineering.
Renee manages all Childrens Services facilities and qualifications. She also facilitates the work experience placement program for Child care centers. Renee has a certificate IV TAA40104 Train and Assess and Advanced Diploma Children's Services.
Richard manages all facilities and qualifications for business students for Certificate II, III and IV as well as short computer and MYOB courses. Richard has a Certificate IV TAA40104 and Certificate IV Frontline Management. Richard spent 13 years in executive management in Commercial Ship Agency.
Tani manages student applications for the Productivity Placements Program. She also liases with the employment agencies to arrange training for their clients.
Sam manages all facilities and qualifications for Hospitality, food safety, Responsibile Service of Alcohol, and Barrister courses.
Darren is the contact for the RediTeach Remote Instructor Program. This is a program which promotes the training of Indigenous instructors so that training can be conducted within remote communities by residents of the community.
Wayne has a Certificate IV TAA40104 Train and Assess and has spent many years teaching first aid in regional and remote communities. Wayne is a First Aid instructor and also conducts Advanced First Aid and Oxygen courses.
Marc is a specialist instructor teaching Blue card for construction, WH&S, and First Aid. He is based in Kowanyama and ranges throughout the Gulf region. Marc has a Certificate IV TAA40104 Train and Assess.
Gabrielle is one of our most experienced senior trainer in business. She manages the Certificate 11 in Business, Certificate 111 in Business and Certificate IV in Frontline Management.

Ambrose comes from Yarabah near Cairns and is training to be an instructor with RediTeach. He will teach our indigenous program, "Course in Your Future, Your Choice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People", as well as small engines, and First Aid courses. He is currently an assistant instructor training in remote communities throughout Queensland. Ambrose is an excellent mentor for our indigenous students.
